Exhibitor Workshop Proposal Form

To Submit an Exhibitor Workshop Proposal at
NSTA regional and national Conferences

Currently, you may submit proposals for the following conferences:

  2009 National Conference  
  New Orleans, LA  
  March 19-22, 2009  
     
  2008 Area Conferences  
  Charlotte, NC -- October 30-November 1, 2008  
  Portland, OR -- November 20-22, 2008  
  Cincinnati, OH -- December 4-6, 2008  
 

1. Online Exhibitor Workshop Proposals for New Orleans are being accepted through September 15, 2008. Proposal and deposit to NSTA guarantees announcement in the final program. After this date, please contact Marcelo Nunez at (703) 312-9249 to discuss availability

2. Online Exhibitor Workshop Proposals for the area conferences can be submitted through July 15, 2008. Proposal and deposit to NSTA guarantees announcement in the final program of the area conference at which you will be exhibiting. After this date, please contact Marcelo Nunez at (703) 312-9249 to discuss availability

3. Upon completion of the Online Exhibitor Workshop Proposal Form please print confirmation for your records.

Confirmation and notice of schedules and location will be sent to the company representative listed on the proposal. NSTA reserves the right to decline any exhibitor workshop proposal submitted.
